“Mind Your Body” Senior Training Programs are for kids between 14 – 18 years of age which offers various modules as per the age groups. Designed by highly qualified and experienced individual and structured to implement through an informative training program for the best outcome.

A Certified Trainer will conduct 2 interactive & informative sessions specifically planned to imbibe the right mix of SQ and utilizing the power of IQ & EQ in your child.
