I have and am still devoting my career to learning everything I can about mental health and the intricacies of the human mind & behaviour. For over a decade, I have been using this knowledge to help people( from all walks of life) through the not so good times in their lives.
I intend to vanish stigma associated with seeking mental health professional’s help and have a mission to make minds healthier and happier. “Know yourself , heal yourself, Empower yourself” is my motto.
I am doctorate in Psychology and UGC NET qualified. I started my professional career with PGIMER (Post graduate institute of medical education and research), RIMH (Regional institute for mentally handicapped) & NGOs (for slum children and beggars),Guest lecturer. Presented various webinars with Big Educational Institutes.
Presently, along with my private practice/consulting, I am associated with many firms as a consultant. To name few, Im associated with @firstcryindia Doc connect @mybabychakra as well.
