Guidelines

  • All the questions asked in the Award application must be answered and submitted in required format
  • Incomplete submissions will not be accepted and stand invalid
  • Project – Any projects/initiatives/products/services that was completed by March 31st 2023 or ongoing.
  • One entry can only be eligible for consideration in one category
  • A participating organization/individual can send entries in more than one award category in case you can prove that the project falls valid in another category as well. The final selection call will be taken by the IHW Awards team
  • A separate registration form should be used for each application entry
  • As a participant, declare that you are the authorized person/representative of the company/organization/trust and the information provided in this entry process is correct and accurate to the best of yours & company’s knowledge and that you agree to abide by the rules and regulations

Nomination Process

  • Visit the website, select the category, fill in name of the organization with required details
  • Name of the contact person who will be interacting with IHW Patient First Awards team, upload the project in a pdf format with the name of the organization and category you have opted for, the document must include complete details of the project, photographs. Companies can nominate their employees separately in Individual category as well.
  • Pay the financial contribution/fee and submit the project.
  • Communicate with the IHW Awards team regarding fee and project submission to confirm your entry
  • Please note: All required information is mandatory to fill in the nomination form in each category (Project Name, brief about the project, scalability, impact created, investment in the project, area & territory, partner’s names, team or individual behind the project).
  • In case complete information not submitted, the awards team has the right to ask the nominee to submit details before the deadline
  • IN case of missing information, the project will not be considered valid
  • INDIVIDUALS:
  • All individuals can nominate directly with one key reference of an authentic person or nominate by any third party in the selected category
  • Nominee or their company and the third party who is nominating will have to submit their authentic Government IDs with detailing of the contribution made by the nominated candidate which can be rewarded
  • Document should be in a pdf format containing, initiative, project handled, importance of the project, how many lives the project affected positively, areas and places he had worked along with feedback from the people.
  • Supporting photographs, nominee’s video, video bite of the reference and working stills would help in selection process and further highlight the story on the website and social media platforms.

Eligibility

  • The applicant must be a healthcare organisations, individuals or groups who has demonstrated a commitment to patient centricity
  • The applicant’s work must have had a positive impact on patients.
  • The applicant’s work must be innovative and/or scalable.
  • Supporting Documents While filling the nomination, please make sure that you submit the following supporting documents with the nomination entry: The supporting documents are mandatory and can include the following:
    • Power Point Presentations of the project
    • Brief of the project in words format
    • Certificates/registration of the project
    • Audit of the project
    • Photographs of the project (Maximum 5)
    • Video Links of the project if any
    • Name of the project head and key team members
    • Any other relevant documents that support the application and claims
    • Previously claimed awards or recognition

    Important:

    • All the above information is only used for the internal assessment process
    • Applicants must indicate “Confidential” and highlight the same within the document in case they do not want to share such information to any third party or any public domain other than the IHW Awards Team
    • The total size of the documents should not be above 10 MB.

Rules & Guidelines

On the due participation in the IHW Patient First Awards, the participants understand and agree to the followings:

  • All the awards/ prizes honored/ distributed by the organizer has been arrived on the sole and unbiased conclusions made by the Independent Jury and IHW Awards team through a fair evaluation process and such acts of the organizer shall not in any way amount to any discrimination to any person/parties thereon.
  • The participant elects to voluntarily participate in the event with full knowledge and thereby declare that all information, facts and materials provided by them is as per the given eligibility for the purposes of their participation are true and best to their knowledge irrespective of any country or region
  • The organizer shall not be liable for any loss, theft or damage, action, claim, cost or expenses, or any injury to any party/ person which may arise as a consequence of their participation in the ground event.
  • The organizer reserves its rights to post/ publish any images/ photographs taken at the Awards function and such images / pictures shall become the sole property of the organizers
  • The organizer shall not be held responsible directly or indirectly for injuries and damages that may arise out of or in connection with any wrongful information, misrepresentation or corroborated facts disclosed by the Participants.
  • The organizer will not bear/reimburse any cost of nominee company/organization, individual or group of people participating at the award distribution ceremony (in case event is held on ground)
  • By participating in the IHW Patient First Awards, participants and entries agree to be bound by the Rules and Regulations and the decisions of the IHW Awards organizing committee, as final
  • All decisions of the Awards Jury with respect to any aspect of the IHW Patient First Awards, including and not limited to, eligibility of entries and any discrepancies or inconsistencies, are final and binding on all entrants in all matters as they relate to these Awards
  • All entries and documents submitted to participate are not returnable and the organizing committee retains the right to the information
  • The awards are non-transferable
  • The nomination entry fee for participation is non-refundable
  • All IHW Patient First Awards intellectual property, including but not limited to trade-marks, trade-names, logos, designs, promotional materials, web pages, source codes, drawing, illustrations, slogans and representations are owned by the IHW Media Pvt. Ltd., the owner of the IHW Patient First Awards and event. Unauthorized copying or use of any copyrighted material or intellectual property without the express written consent is strictly prohibited.
  • The name and photo associated with your Google account will be recorded when you upload files and submit the entry form.
